At Altitude Baits, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery

We currently ship to mainland UK.

Delivery times are typically 2-5 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Delays While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery delays caused by the courier are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect address details.

Damaged or Missing Orders If your order arrives damaged or you believe items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
