These Terms of Service apply when you use the Altitude Baits website or place an order with us.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, for example where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud.

Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Natural variations may occur between batches of fishing bait.

All products must meet your statutory rights, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

The total price, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your order. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are also covered by our Shipping Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods ordered online must generally be delivered within 30 days.

Cancellations and returns

Your rights to cancel, return goods and receive refunds are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.

For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell the seller they wish to cancel.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

We do not seek to exclude responsibility for faulty goods, goods that are not as described, or any other statutory consumer rights.

You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.

Website content, branding, images and other material belonging to Altitude Baits may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
